   = ಪಿನ್ತೈ (Śmd. 146), ಪಿನ್ದು (146), ಪಿನ್ದೈ, ಹಿನ್ದು (64 Cm.), ಹಿನ್ತೈ, ಹಿನ್ದೈ. that which is back, behind, previous; that which is afterwards or hereafter (ಪೈರಗು Śmd. 199; ಪೈರತು Ct. II, 110); and adverbially. ಪಿನ್ತಣ, ಪಿನ್ತಣಿಂ (Śmd. 135). [ಮುಂ ಪಿನ್ತೈಮ್ಬುದಿದಲ್ತೈ ನಿಳಿಮ್ಪ ಯುಗಕ್ಕೈಲ್ಲಮಿನ್ತುಬಾಯರಿವುದೈ Ap. 3, 16]. ಪಿನ್ತಣ ಮೈಯ್ಯೌಳ್ (ಪೈರಗೈ 201). ಪಿನ್ತಣ್ಗೈ (see below). — ಪಿನ್ತಣಂ. -ಅಂ.
