   (Śmd. 59). ಬೀರು 1. to throw away: to fling, to throw, as an arrow, a stone, stick, etc. (J. 22, 15; 33, 11, where ಬೀರ್ದು; My.; T. ವೀಜು; cf. ಬೀಸು 1); to give away according to one's inclination or at one's pleasure, to spend or bestow profusely, to give liberally or magnanimously (ಸ್ವೇಚ್ಫಾಪ್ರದಾನ Śmd.
