   ಬಲಗಾಲಿಟ್ಟು ಒಳಗೆ ಬರು(ಹೋಗು) balagāliṭṭu oḷage baru (hōgu) (while entering into a new house or other place, said esp. to a newly wedded girl entering her husband's house for the first time), to put the right foot first inside the house, (which observance is believed to be auspicious); ಬಲಗಾಲು ಮುಂತಾಗಿ ಬರು (ಹೋಗು) balagālu muntāgi baru (hōgu) = ಬಲಗಾಲಿಟ್ಟು ಒಳಗೆ ಬರು(ಹೋಗು).
