[ಉರಿವರಿಯುತ್ತುಮಿರ್ಪಣಿ ಬೃಹದ್ಬಡಬಾನಳನಂತೆ ತೋ/?/ Pb. 8, 99]. ಸಕಲಸೇನೆಯು ಕಾಳಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣಿಯಾಗುವಿಕೆ (ಅಭಿಷೇಣನ Si. 291). ಯುದ್ಧಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗೆಯವರಿಗೆದುರಾಗಿ ಕಲಹಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಣ್ಡು, ಧೈರ್ಯದಿನ್ದ ಉಪಾಯಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವಿಕೆ (ಅಭಿಯೋಗ etc. 391). ಅಣೆ ಕಟ್ಟು to join a certain number of threads, etc. (C.). ಅಣಿಕೋಲು the stick (or splinter) which keeps the loops of the woof or lams apart (C.). ಅಣಿತು/?/ to move the loom's treadle with the foot (C.). ಅಣಿದಬ್ಬೆ. = ಅಣಿಕೋಲು (My.). ಅಣಿಪಾಡು the art or secret of a business or trade (My.).
